Perched in Del Mar with sweeping views of the Pacific, Vista Azul is a full interior and exterior refresh designed for a well-traveled couple seeking a home that reflects their lifestyle, while embracing its coastal setting.
Inside, the existing saltillo tile became the foundation for a warm, earthy, organic palette that flows through the kitchen, primary suite, and bathrooms. Spaces were opened and reoriented to the ocean, with expansive sliding doors creating seamless indoor–outdoor connections.
Outside, the transformation continues with a new BBQ and dining area, a fire pit and lounge, and a spa-like hot tub retreat. Updated landscaping and finishes unify the home’s natural textures with its breathtaking horizon line—an effortless balance of global inspiration and coastal ease.
